To support the company’s business growth plan in relation to; new and organic sales growth, marketing, media, events and associated reporting. To identify, develop and convert new and existing business opportunities in line with individual sales targets and business objectives.
The role requires someone with an exceptional customer service ethos, strong organisational and effective communications skills.
Key challenges are; understanding the client requirements, time-frames & drivers for change and communicating those within the business to ensue alignment with sales strategy, executive support/sponsorship and resource availability. A dynamic approach to ensure focus encompasses short, medium and long-term prospects in order to give continuity and visibility of sales pipeline.
