We would like to share the news that Joshua Austin received the Peer award at the recent IPS presentation evening. IPS are the training centre that we use for Apprentices BTEC and NVQ courses and they deal with a number of companies from a range of engineering disciplines.
Joshua attends the centre on a weekly basis to undertake his BTEC course and they have a yearly presentation evening to recognise students that have excelled throughout the year. The peer award is given as recognition of outstanding effort and support to his fellow college members and is dedicated to a former IPS member who sadly took his own life.
