Systems Monitoring

Control systems can now be provided with remote engineering support, which operates via an interactive telephone link between onsite control networks and our 24-hour RESOLVE help desk, staffed by experienced technicians.

More than 70% of calls to the RESOLVE team are dealt with successfully by telephone so you rarely have to wait for a technician to visit site. If a personal visit is required, the RESOLVE team can often save time and expense by pinpointing the fault before the technician arrives. They can dispatch a technician at any time of the day or night, if you require emergency help. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Energy Management Services

During a buildings lifespan, the internal use of space can change considerably, which can compromise the original control specifications. An energy management survey can help reduce overall energy consumption and ensure optimum use of utilities, assisting companies to avoid the government's climate control levy.

Our technicians will assess the current demands on the system and adjust the control software accordingly. We then provide a report, detailing system amendments and recommendations to achieve effective cost reduction through optimum use of energy. The report outlines projected payback times for any recommendations made. In the majority of cases, the cost of carrying out a survey is recouped within a year of carrying out our recommendations.

Via our service bureau, we are able to dial into site and extract detailed information about energy consumption. This data can be used for calculating projected usage and cost analysis for the premises.
