Global Associates' attendance management systems provide an accurate, cost-effective and highly efficient method of monitoring and controlling site access. Originally developed to check employee time and attendance within the construction industry for safety reasons as well as surveillance, our systems are invaluable for any organisation wishing to provide round-the-clock protection for plant and personnel
AMS provides a real-time log of all entry and exit data from access points throughout a site, including turnstiles and car park barriers. This log is used to generate reports, identifying who was on site when, listing the individuals by surname and sub-contractor team. Data can also be used to calculate the total time spent on site by an individual during a specific period. For further information regarding AMS please click on the headings below or Contact Us.
AMS is totally flexible and can be tailored to meet your specific needs, whatever the size or scale of your operation. For added peace of mind, all our systems are integrated with Siemens' advanced access control and security systems to ensure that every AMS package is 100% secure.
On induction, all new personnel are issued with a form to be completed with the individual's personal details. At this point, a photograph can be taken. The system administrator then enters these details into the AMS database. From this information a personal identification can be produced.
Each working day, all members of staff
arriving on site either report to the security office or gain entry via a
turnstile. Each persons ID card is scanned and their time of arrival on site
is logged into the database. This procedure is repeated when the individual
departs.
AMS produces reports designed to satisfy the requirements of both the EEC and central government directives, including details of total hours worked, classified by individual, company or function. Reports can be customised to suit clients' needs, as required.
The system can be programmed to generate reports automatically and email them at regular intervals, as requested by the client. AMS can also be incorporated into the main contractors network, affording them instant access to invaluable data.
AMS prints to paper, plastic and PVC, providing you with a wide range of options for ID production. Plastic badges, incorporating proximity card technology, are commonly used for the majority of site workers. Produced in seconds. such badges can display classification, certification and the title of the badge holders' employer.
All our attendance systems can be provided with remote engineering support, which operates via an interactive telephone link between onsite management systems and our 24-hour resolve help desk, staffed by experienced software/hardware engineers.
More than 70% of calls to the resolve team are dealt with successfully by the telephone, so our customers rarely have to wait for an engineer. If you do require emergency help, the team can dispatch an engineer at any time of the day or night. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As an ISO registered company we are proud of our well-deserved reputation for quality and service. Whatever the size or scale of your project, you can rely on us to develop and deliver the best value solution to meet your attendance management needs.
